CLASS styles

Our roots are Hatha / Iyengar, and most of our teachers have trained with Kale Leaf, the studio’s founder.

VINYASA YOGA

The first class of the day in our studio is a vinyasa class, to wake you up and introduce fire to the body. As the sun rises and warms the Earth, so does the vinyasa class to your body. These are 60 minute classes that have elements of flow, strength and stretch in equal measure. These classes are suited to those with some understanding of basic yoga postures, or the ambitious beginner. You will find the Monday vinyasa class the most dynamic, to kick start your week.
